Main activities:

• Research of physical and chemical laws of mineral flotation in saturated salt solutions of various compositions.
• Testing and development of reagent modes for flotation extraction of water-insoluble impurities from potassium ores.
• Testing and development of reagent modes for flotation of chloride and sulfate potassium-containing water-soluble minerals.
• Study of flocculating capacity of organic polymers of various compositions during desliming of ores, thickening and dehydration of ore processing products.
• Development of process flow charts and equipment for flotation processing of potash ores of various compositions.
• Development of modes for preparing suspensions of waste from flotation plants for their underground storage.
• Conducting technological testing of ores from new areas of the potassium-magnesium ore deposit and issuing initial data for the feasibility study of processing these ores.
• Development of initial data for the design of reconstruction of existing flotation potash plants, construction of new ones and processing of halite production waste.
• Engineering and technical support for project implementation.
• Development of technological production regulations.
